Returns and Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products and our strict health policies, we do not accept returns for Underwear, Swimwear and Wrestling Singlets. This to ensure that all customers can confidently enjoy brand new products.

Please choose wisely, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will however exchange activewear, shorts and harnesses for another product or store credit provided we are notified within 30 days of the purchase date. Any requests to exchange clothing outside of this timeframe will be dealt with at our discretion.

The expense of return shipping to Down South Undies HQ is the responsibility of the customer.

We do, however, take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment (ie. incorrect size, item, quantity, or style). In this instance, please contact hello@downsouthundies.com.au immediately for assistance. Please provide us with your order number, a photo of the contents of your order. We ask that you contact us within 10 days of delivery receipt in order to ensure a timely resolution. Notifications received after 30 days of the order being delivered will be dealt with at our discretion.

Orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once they have shipped.

MISSING ORDERS

Refunds for missing orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will try out best to replace any orders not received within reason. Please contact hello@downsouthundies.com.au if you order has not been received within the advised timeframes for further assistance.
