Returns and Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products and our strict health policies, we do not accept returns for Underwear, Swimwear, Adult Products and Wrestling Singlets. This is to ensure that all customers can confidently enjoy brand new products.

Please choose wisely, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will, however, exchange Singlets, Shorts and Harnesses for another product or store credit provided we are notified within 30 days of the purchase date. *Excluding "On Sale" items. These items must be returned in their original condition. This means unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Any returns received that do not comply with these terms will be refused. Any requests to exchange clothing outside of this time frame will be dealt with at our discretion.

The expense of return shipping to Down South Undies is the responsibility of the customer.

We do, however, take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment (ie. incorrect size, item, quantity, or style). In this instance, please contact hello@downsouthundies.com.au immediately for assistance. Please provide us with your order number and a photo of the contents of your order. We ask that you contact us within 10 days of delivery in order to ensure a timely resolution. Notifications received after 10 days of the order being delivered will be dealt with at our discretion.

Orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once they have been fulfilled.

MISSING ORDERS

Refunds for missing orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will try our best to replace any orders not received within reason. Please contact hello@downsouthundies.com.au if your order has not been received within the advised timeframes for further assistance.

SALE/CLEARANCE ORDERS
All sale/clearance items are final.

SIZING ISSUES

Please note that each brand has unique sizing and we highly recommend viewing the size chart on each product as the sizes may differ from what you're used to purchasing here in Aus. We do not accept returns for purchases of the wrong size. Our size chart is available underneath the size options on each product via our website.

Hismith Sex Machine & Accessories

Once purchased these items are immediately ordered from an alternate Australian warehouse and will be unable to be edited/cancelled so please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase as all sales for these items are final. Occasionally your item may be out of stock & will be sent directly from the manufacturer's warehouse overseas to avoid any delays. Should items/orders be marked as "return to sender" or "failure to collect" they will not be refunded. The buyer assumes responsibility for all redelivery fees. Should you still wish to cancel a refund will be supplied minus a restocking fee of 30% plus the shipping cost.
