DISCREET SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All Down South Undies orders are delivered during regular business days via *Aus Post. If you order multiple items from our site you will receive one delivery where possible. We have partnered with the best shipping companies in Australia to ensure that your product reaches you on time and in the best conditions.

The following are the key terms and conditions with regard to our shipping & delivery policy:

Domestic Orders (Australia)

• Processing Time
  All orders have a 2-4 working day processing time after your order is placed.
• Standard Shipping for Underwear 
  We offer a flat rate of $19.99 per order (free on orders over $9999). We ship directly from NSW to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary between 6-14 days (7 days on average). A tracking number will be provided upon order confirmation/ dispatch.
• Standard Shipping for Adult Products
  We offer a flat rate of $26.99 per order (free on orders over $999). We ship directly from NSW to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary between 6-14 days (7 days on average). A tracking number will be provided upon order confirmation/ dispatch.
• Large/Bulky Items
  We offer a flat rate of $60 per item. Express may be available for $350. These items may require additional processing time due to their size.
• Hismith Sex Machine & Accessories
  Once purchased these items are immediately ordered from an alternate Australian warehouse and will be unable to be edited/cancelled so please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase as all sales for these items are final. Occasionally your item may be out of stock & will be sent directly from the manufacturer's warehouse overseas to avoid any delays. A tracking number will be provided as soon as possible ( 7 days on average ) Should items/orders be marked as "return to sender" or "failure to collect" they will not be refunded. The buyer assumes responsibility for all redelivery fees.
  
• Undeliverable/Returned to Sender (Underwear, Adult Category, Sex Swing Kit)
  If your order cannot be Delivered or is Returned to Sender you will need to repay the cost of re-shipping. Otherwise, once the items have been returned to us, a refund will be supplied minus a restocking fee of 30% plus the shipping cost.
  
• Discreet Shipping
  All our products are discreetly shipped so you don't have to have any awkward discussions with housemates or the postie.

International Orders (New Zealand)

• Processing Time
  All orders placed with us have 5-7 working day processing time after your order is placed.
• Standard International Shipping for Underwear 
  We offer a flat rate of $29.99 per order. We ship directly from NSW to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary between countries. Expected times are 14-21 days (17 days on average). A tracking number will be provided upon order confirmation/ dispatch.
• Standard International Shipping for Adult Products
  We offer a flat rate of $29.99 per order. We ship directly from NSW to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary between countries. Expected times are 14-21 days (17 days on average).
• Undeliverable/Returned to Sender
  If your order cannot be Delivered or is Returned to Sender you will need to repay the cost of re-shipping. Otherwise, once the items have been returned to us, a refund will be supplied minus a restocking fee of 30% plus the shipping cost.
  
• Orders to USA / UK
  All orders have a 5-7 day processing time. We offer a flat rate of $29.99 per order, which includes Signature on Delivery. A tracking number will be provided upon order confirmation/ dispatch.

Please note these are only estimated general guidelines. It is not a guaranteed timeframe.

Please note that non-metropolitan areas can take an extra few days, and sometimes due to backlog and busy seasons (e.g. Christmas), your parcel might take a while to process in the warehouse and also take longer for couriers to deliver.
